You're 80% done.

Let's close the last 20%.

The Finishing Lab: Private is a 4-week 1:1 intensive for neurodivergent solopreneurs ready to take one stalled project across the finish line.

You're This Close.

The Promise

You have something that matters — and it's almost done. A book, a launch, a pivot, a product. The vision is clear. The work is real. The finish line is visible.

The Finishing Lab: Private is a 1:1 intensive where you bring one project and leave with it complete — truly, four-gates done.

Who This Is For

Built for Neurodivergent Solopreneurs & Creative Leaders

You're sitting on a stalled project with real stakes. You know what needs to happen. You have the skills. The gap between here and done is architectural — not personal. This engagement closes that gap.

You Have the Vision

The idea is clear and the work is real — it just isn't finished.

You Have the Skills

This isn't about ability. The block is structural, not personal.

You Need the Container

The right architecture closes the gap between here and done.

The Program Structure

What's Inside: 4 Weeks to Done

1

Week 0 — The Diagnostic

Map your stuck zone, locate yourself on the Completion Spectrum, identify which of the Five Needs is unmet, and understand what your nervous system is doing around this project.

2

Weeks 1–4 — The Four Acts

Weekly live sessions walking through each Act of Finishing in sequence, with async voice and text support between sessions.

3

Week 4 Close — Done

Your project crosses the Four-Gate Definition of Done. A closing debrief session and co-created completion case study mark what you built.

Week 0

The Diagnostic: Mapping Your Stuck Zone

Before the clock starts, we build the map. The diagnostic session is where we identify exactly where you are on the Completion Spectrum — and why you're there.

We look at which of the Five Needs is unmet, and what your nervous system is doing around this specific project. Precision diagnostics that set the map for everything that follows.

Weeks 1–4

The Four Acts of Finishing

1

Weekly Live Sessions

60-minute live session every Tuesday plus a 30-minute check-in every Saturday. Deep, focused, and built around your project.

2

Async Support

Voice and text support between sessions. You are never alone in the stuck zone — help is always within reach.

3

Shared Tracking

A shared completion tracking document with real-time visibility into movement and stalls — so progress is always visible.

4

Four-Gate Completion

Every session moves you through a defined gate. No ambiguity about what "done" means — it's built into the structure.

Week 4

The Close: Proof of What You Built

Done — Truly Done

Your project crosses the Four-Gate Definition of Done. Not "good enough." Not "mostly there." Done.

We close with a debrief session and co-create a completion case study (with your permission) — so you leave with proof of what you built and a record of how you did it.

The Framework

The Three Pillars

Safety

Chronic non-completion is a nervous system signal. We address the safety question first — before strategy, before structure.

Structure

The container holds the work. Weekly rhythm, shared tracking, and defined completion gates create the architecture for finishing.

Celebration

Finishing is an event worth honoring. The debrief and case study mark what you accomplished, because completion deserves recognition.

The Gap Is Architectural, Not Personal

"Chronic non-completion is a nervous system signal. The right container changes everything."

The Finishing Lab operates from a single premise: the gap between here and done is structural and requires a structural solution. When the container is right, finishing becomes possible.

I hold a psychology degree from the University of Pennsylvania (magna cum laude). I built The Missing Promptâ„¢ and the Executive Function as a Serviceâ„¢ category because I am my own prototype customer.

With 99th percentile extraversion and 0th percentile conscientiousness, I know the initiation/completion gap from the inside. The frameworks in The Finishing Lab — the Completion Spectrum, the Five Needs of the Stuck Zone, the Four Acts of Finishing, the Four-Gate Definition of Done — came from solving this problem in my own life and work first.
